Additional Infomation About Product

The TLP2345(TPL) is a high-performance photo-coupler produced by Toshiba and is part of the industry-standard TLP23xx series of opto-coupler ICs (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors). It is available in a SO-5 RoHS-compliant surface-mount package. The TLP2345(TPL) consists of an infrared LED for input-side optical isolation and an NPN output for output-side optical isolation. It is designed to offer high speed signal transmission and superior input/output isolation, with an isolation voltage of 5,000 Vrms. It has a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 100°C and offers a high common-mode transient immunity of 50kV/µs. Additionally, the TLP2345(TPL) features a low input-current, a breakdown voltage of 3.7V, and a turn-on time of max. 0.7µs. It is ideal for use in a wide variety of applications, such as signal transmission between isolated power systems, IGBT switching, and high-speed data transmission.
