It is a N-channel logic level enhancement type power MOSFET built using advanced trench technology to provide excellent RDS(ON) and low gate charge characteristics. With the features such as highavalanche ruggedness, the 10N65KL-TF3-T can be used for a wide range of switching applications including motor control and lighting. It is designed for use in low switching loss and low standby power applications and features maximum ratings of 10A drain current at 25°C, 650V drain-to-source blocking voltage, 4.5V max gate-to-source voltage, 250µA gate-source leakage current and 1.2? drain-to-source on-state resistance. The package includes a TO-220IS form factor with an insulated tab with fully isolated back side providing a simple mounting solution which helps in meeting the thermal requirements of a motor drive application. This part is manufactured in accordance with RoHS directive and is lead-free.
