The BC847A is a new arrival SOT-23 RoHS manufactured by AnBon. It is an NPN general purpose bipolar junction transistor designed for applications such as switching and signal amplification. It has a low collector-emitter saturation voltage and low current capability. This part is ideal for use in small signal switching and amplification circuits with fast switching times and low noise. It can also be used as a high speed relay driver. Additionally, this part has a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.
