The FFSH3065A with Schottky Diodes & Rectifiers 650V 30A SIC SBD manufactured by ON Semiconductor is a unique combination of Schottky and rectifier technologies developed by ON Semiconductor providing an ideal solution for applications requiring high levels of reliability with optimum power saving performance. It has a low forward voltage drop (<450 mV at 30A) which keeps the total power loss at a minimum. It also features a high electrical isolation and leakage current with a very low thermal resistance. Its 650V peak repetitive reverse voltage rating allows for a wide operating range, allowing for a robust system design in switching power supplies. The FFSH3065A also features a low forward voltage (Vf), which ensures a low voltage drop and reduces total power loss in applications. This product also has a Power Dissipation derating curve which makes it suitable for applications with higher than normal temperatures.
