The MBR3100RLG is a 3A, 100V Schottky diode rectifier manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It is a double-sided surface-mount module designed for ease of use and improved thermal dissipation. The device is ideal for AC to DC power conversion applications such as switched mode power supplies and inverters. The device incorporates high-efficiency Schottky diodes that reduce power losses and provide low forward voltage drops. The rectifier has a low-profile dual-in-line package design that allows for easy integration in many types of applications. The module is RoHS-compliant and has a -55°C to 150°C operating temperature range.
