NTD4979NT4G is a low-dropout, low-noise linear regulator (LDO) manufactured by ON Semiconductor. This LDO features ultra-low noise performance up to 500 kHz bandwidth while supporting a maximum input voltage of 36 V and a current rating of 500 mA. This part also features a high PSRR of 74 dB to ensure consistent performance in any noisy environment. With its low quiescent current of 290 µA at full load current and ultra-low dropout voltage of 0.3 V at no load, this LDO is an ideal choice for portable designs that require high current in demanding noise conditions.
