The AP2305 is a surface-mount SOT-23 RoHS-compliant MOSFET from the Quan Li company with a 20V 3.5A 900mV @ 250uA rating. It has a P Trench structure and a 65 mO @ 3.5A, 4.5V RDS(on). It is excellent for protection against load spikes and surge currents in different applications, including DC-DC converters, battery chargers, and cooling fans. Additionally, it works well in synchronous rectification designs, buck and boost converters, and feature low gate charge, low leakage, and improved avalanche energy.
