The AP4953 is an integrated circuit manufactured by Quan Li. It is an 8 pin MOSFET SOP8 (Small outline package 8) with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliance. It consists of an N-channel MOSFET transistor used for high switching applications. The package provides lower on- state resistance with excellent fast switching performance. It also features an internal activation layer which maximizes device efficiency.
