Additional Infomation About Product

The TLP117 is a high-speed photocoupler manufactured by Toshiba. It is a 4-pin Optocoupler package in a SOP-5 package, compliant with the RoHS Directive. The TLP117 is designed to provide high-speed transmission and isolation between parallel data buses. It has a high common-mode transient immunity of 250V/µs with a direct on-off current transfer ratio (CTR) of 350% min-1 at IFT = 10mA. It also has built-in ESD protection and low power consumption of 26mW. The TLP117 is ideal for applications involving digital signal transmission, isolation, protection, and voltage isolation.
