The VS3602GPMT with PDFN5x6 MOSFETs ROHS is a high-transconductance, rock-solid surface-mount Power MOSFET, which is manufactured by Vanguard. It includes six N channel MOSFETs and comes in a 6-pin (2 x 3) SOP package. It is designed for high-side and low-side switching applications up to 60V in a wide range of supply currents, including those over single-ended, dual-ended and bridgeless topologies. The device offers high performance, low power consumption and excellent reliability. It offers several features including: a fast switching operation, low on-state resistance, a low threshold voltage, larger input capacitance, and a low body rupture voltage.
