The RFN2LAM6STR diode from ROHM is a general purpose, power and switching diode with a 600V Vr and 1.5A Io rating. This fast recovery diode is designed for high frequency switching applications as well as circuits requiring higher performance than traditional standard recovery diodes. The RFN2LAM6STR offers low reverse leakage current, low power loss and quick recovery time making it an optimal choice for a variety of power applications. Furthermore, the available in a TO-220F package, which makes it suitable for mass production and automated assembly.
