The NTE2951 is an N-Channel Power MOSFET in a TO247 package manufactured by NTE. It is designed for applications requiring high voltage and high current. The device consists of three interconnected elements: the gate, drain, and source. It has a maximum drain-source voltage of 600V, a continuous drain current of 43A, and a maximum pulsed drain current of 170A. It also features a low on-state resistance and a fast switching speed.
