Additional Infomation About Product

The 2STA1962 is part of the STMicroelectronics family of Medium Voltage Power Switches products. It is a 50V/3A N-Channel MOSFET with logic level gate drive, suitable for load switching in medium power applications, such as motor control, relay drivers, and small power supplies. This device features a high current capability and low RDS(on) combined with a fast switching time of less than 1 microsecond. It features a small SOT-223 package and is Forward Conducting (FWD) Compliant with no anti-parallel diode required. This device is ideal for applications such as universal motor control and brushed DC motor driver applications.
