The BC847C transistor is a NPN (Negatively-Positively-Negative) bipolar junction transistor manufactured by Yangjie. It can handle up to 45 V of collector-emitter voltage and up to 0.1A (100mA) of collector current. It has a maximum power rating of 200mW and is packaged in a SOT23 form factor. The BC847C transistor is suitable for use in many electronic applications such as amplifiers, analog switches, small signal amplifiers, and switches. This transistor can be used for digital logic circuits, small logic gates, Motor control, etc. The BC847C is also used for low power consumer electronics, cellular phones, and automotive applications.
