The BC847C is an NPN small signal surface mount transistor in SOT-23 RoHS package manufactured by Microdiode Electronics. It features low collector-base and collector-emitter saturation voltage, low noise, and an outstanding gain performance. It is used in applications such as general purpose switching and amplification in audio, video, and telecommunication circuits. The low voltage characteristic of the BC847C make it well-suited for low voltage operation, such as with batteries or single-supply rails. It has a low current (Ic max= 200mA) and a rating of 45V (Vceo max). It also has maximum frequency up to 300MHz, making it suitable for high speed applications.
